Robert Luisana
A graduate of East Carolina University, Rob has worked in the insurance industry for 29 years. Before starting a career in insurance, he taught and coached in Guilford County and served as President of the Guilford County, North Carolina Association of Educators. As Managing Partner for PFB, Rob works with business of all sizes, including self-funded plans. Rob is married to Karen, an antique dealer, and they have two married sons and three grandchildren. Interests include basketball, backpacking, reading and movies.
Lynette Kinney
Lynette is a Broker and Sales Associate with over 22 years of experience specializing in group benefits, individual medical, and Medicare products. She feels it is important to work closely with her business owners and administrators because of the relationships and trust that manifest through the "hands-on" environment. In addition to her husband Rick, Lynette has two boys, Wesley and Logan, and a Boykin Spaniel named Sassy. When she is not at work, Lynette enjoys volunteering in her community and church, water and snow
skiing, bridal consulting, decorating, jogging, relaxing at the beach, as well as listening to contemporary Christian and oldies beach music.
Leah Moore
Leah is a lifelong resident of Greensboro. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Randolph Macon College and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Leah has been the Account Manager for Pilot Benefits for over 6 years and loves helping clients with renewals, employee meetings, wellness, health fairs and every day issues. Outside of work, Leah enjoys spending time with her husband standup paddling or windsurfing on the lake, visiting with family and friends, taking classes at the gym and reading.
Rich King
A native of Fayetteville, NC, Rich moved to Greensboro in 2001 to attend UNC Greenbsoro. Shortly after obtaining his Bachelor of Arts in Music, he began working with Pilot Benefits. For the past two years, he has been pursuing his MBA through East Carolina University's College of Business. Rich is a Client Manager and assists Lynette's clients with renewals and service issues. In his free time, Rich enjoys exercising, playing the piano, cooking, and spending time with Baxter, his Chihuahua mix.
Ashley Wright
Ashley is a native of Greensboro and graduated from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2005. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Anthropology. Ashley is also a member of the National Classics Honor Society, Eta Sigma Phi. She is a Client Manager for Pilot Benefits working directly with Lynette's clients on renewals and service issues. In her free time, she enjoys reading, Pilates, cooking, and most of all, spending time with her two dogs, Chloe and Bella.
Tiffany Stewart
Tiffany is a native of Greensboro, NC. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from North Carolina State University, she continued her education at UNC-Greensboro and received a master's degree in 2008. Tiffany is a Client Manager with Pilot Benefits and works daily preparing presentations, assisting with renewals, and providing support to clients. Her interests include dancing, photography, traveling, design, basketball and spending time with family and friends.
